Limited Warranty

With respect to the physical diskette and physical documentation, Data Logic warrants the same to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. In the event of notification within the warranty period, Data Logic will replace the defective diskettes or documentation. Data Logic specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to defects in the diskette and documentation, and the program license granted herein in particular, and without limiting operation of the program license with respect to any particular application, use or purpose.

Limitation of Remedies
Data Logic's entire liability, and your exclusive remedy shall be:

The replacement of any disk(s) not meeting the products Limited Warranty, which are returned to Data Logic, or an authorized dealer with proof of purchase.

In no event will Data Logic be liable to any party for any damages, including but not limited to lost of profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use such a program, even if Data Logic or an authorized dealer has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any such claim by any other party.
